S5/S7 3-blade Slipstream geared folding propeller
The 3-blade Slipstream stainless steel geared folding propellers which offer a modern state of the art blade design, which generally will provide superior powering performance that is equal to or often better than its comparable optimized fixed propeller. In reverse it is typical to see equal backing performance to a comparable fixed propeller, and often time with some reduction in prop walk.Its stainless-steel construction provides far greater strength and durability than any bronze folding propeller. This is particularly advantageous for eliminating the premature gear tooth wear that bronze geared folding propellers are so susceptible to. The propeller also offers replaceable blade bushings, as well as bump stops in order to enhance the propeller’s longevity.
